At ORREN, every order is carefully quality-checked and securely packaged before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Due to the personal nature of haircare and wellness products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered.
However, if your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to provide a replacement.
Replacement Eligibility
To be eligible for a replacement:
• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging
• Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging must be provided

• Order number
• Photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect item
• Photos of the outer shipping packaging
Once our team verifies the issue, a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.

• We do not offer refunds or returns for used products
• We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference
• Replacement requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted
• Products showing signs of misuse, tampering, or intentional damage will not qualify for replacement
